“Loxbit” is one of the computer group companies of Loxley Public Company Limited. It was established on April 27, 1982 under the name “System Organization Company Limited”.

Initially registered as a legal entity in Thailand with a capital of 10,000,000 baht, the company underwent a name change on January 1, 1993, becoming "Loxley Business Information Technology Company Limited." Subsequently, on November 7, 2001, it was renamed "Loxbit Company Limited," with Loxley Public Company Limited as the major shareholder, and the entire registered capital was paid up.

On January 30, 2004, the company transformed into a public company limited, increasing its registered capital to 450,000,000 baht. Concurrently, its name was changed from "Loxbit Company Limited" to the current "Loxbit Public Company Limited."
