Loxley founded “System Organization Co.,
Ltd. to provide computer related services.

Loxley and IBM (Thailand) formed Professional
Computer Co., Ltd (PCC) as joint venture to provide sales
and services for IBM Midrange and Mainframe products.

| 1993 |
“System Organization Co. Ltd.” was renamed
Loxley Business Information Technology Co. Ltd. (Loxbit)
and began full commercial operations as a value-added reseller
(VAR) and system integrator.
In October,
Loxley formed NetOne Network Solutions as a joint
venture with Information and Technical Services (Singapore)
Pte. Ltd. (ITS) to provide network integration products
and services.
In April, M-Focus was
established by Dr. Pricha, with Loxbit holding 40% stake
in the company.

| 1995 |
In April,
Loxbit formed Loxley Information Co., Ltd. (LoxInfo),
a Web-hosting and co-location services company, with the Communication
Authority of Thailand (CAT). According to Thai government
regulations at the time, CAT purchased a 35% equity interest
in LoxInfo and Loxbit held the remaining 65%. |
| 1996 |
In February,
Loxbit formed Loxley Information Services Co., Ltd. (LoxServ),
an Internet Service Provider, with CAT. According to Thai
government regulations at the time, LoxServ granted “free
shares” to CAT, representing 32% equity interest, and to CAT
employees, representing 3% equity interest. Loxbit held the
remaining 65% in LoxServ. In
March, LoxServ was granted a concession by
CAT to offer Internet access services for 10 years. In
xxxx, IBM sold its interests in PCC following its decision
to divest its interest in all companies in which it did not
have majority control. Subsequently, Loxley transferred all
of its equity interests in PCC to Loxbit. In
October, LoxInfo was granted a concession by CAT for
10 years to offer computerized database services, which includes
Web page design and other Internet-related services.

Loxbit acquired 100% of Loxdata Co., Ltd.,
a company that provides call center services and solutions.

| 1998 |
In January,
Loxley transferred all of its equity interests in NetOne to
Loxbit.
In October, Loxbit acquired 2 units of US-based Space Imaging
LLC. |
